The Naturopathic Electronic Technician program is 49 quarter credit hours (692 clock hours). The full program is four quarters (12 months) in length; running concurrently. It consists of course material and Student Lab experience in order for the student to become knowledgeable in the administration and application of Naturopathic Electronic Therapy. Core to the program is a good understanding of Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology, Pathology, and Naturopathic Electronic Therapy Philosophy. Basic and advanced theory, equipment, devices, techniques and cautions are also covered in the classroom while the development and refining of tactile skills and abilities are developed in the Student Clinic Lab. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES Students are provided with the training and people skills necessary to communicate effectively with patients. The skills they develop in Naturopathic Electronic Therapy prepare them for employment in the Naturopathic, Allopathic or Complementary health care community at the experienced level, having full confidence in their skills.
