The Colon Hydrotherapy Technician program is 49 quarter credit hours (692 clock hours). The full program is four quarters (12 months) in length; running concurrently. It consists of course material and Student Lab experience in order for the student to become knowledgeable in the administration and application of Colon Hydrotherapy. Core to the program is a good understanding of Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology, Pathology, Colon Hydrotherapy theory, equipment, devices, techniques and cautions are also covered in the classroom while the development and refining of tactile skills and abilities are developed in the Student Clinic Lab. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES The program will provide each student with the skills necessary to enable them to make a positive impact on their patients and develop a network of highly skilled practitioners, whether it is Naturopathic, Allopathic or Complementary in nature.
